Musical Lantern is a platform game in the style of the Super Mario games, only this time it has a musical touch to it. The objective is to make it through the castle, which is caving in behind you, while all sorts of traps, ghosts, and other nasties are coming at you. In order to survive all this you need to proceed to the rhythm of the music, jumping, sliding conga style and using various moves.
Musical Lantern is an original take on a classic arcade gaming type, and is played through the keyboard, using the arrow keys and space bar to jump, slide and make all the cool moves.
Musical Lantern is graphically not much to speak of, yet a lot of fun to play, carries a catchy tune, and is quite addictive and keeps you coming back. Due to the fun and fresh theme, there is nothing scary or bloody in the game, so it is a safe one to play for the whole family.
Children especially will love to jump and slide across the castle on their way through the castle, before it comes apart with them still in it, but also for adults this is a fun game to play.
