The Rebecca Hart Project is a band that is mostly focussed around the folk rock genre with a touch of jazz. So if you like jazz then this is one band that you would just love to listen to, again and again.

Launched on November 9, 1999, this three-piece folk-rock band began as an experiment in Rhode Island. Since then the Rebecca Hart Project has expanded, advanced, sparkled, excelled and evolved to new levels. The band pays an equal importance to song writing and improvisation and they keep on experimenting even though they have carved their own identity in the industry through the music they have produced over the years.

The Rebecca Hart Project has Dave Lott on guitars, Dan Barman on drums, Matt Epstein on bass and Rebecca Hart on guitar and vocals. The band has four albums to its credit: CRASH & STRUM, 2006; SIGH 2001(six songs); REBECCA HART PROJECT, 1997(seven songs) and SWALLOW THE MOON 1996(eight songs). Their latest album CRASH & STRUM was released in 2006 and was produced by Benjy King who also featured on keyboards. The album also features David Santos on the bass; Joel Hoekstra on the guitars, and Eran Asias on drums. The album has ten songs.
